Razer Mamba Elite Review for Gaming Enthusiasts

Posted on June 12, 2020August 8, 2020 by David K Cooper

Razer Mamba Elite Review

When you read Razer Mamba Elite review, you will see that gaming accessories are crucial – at least to improve gaming quality and also gaming satisfaction to the highest level. Never underestimate the role of a mouse, especially if you are a gamer, because it can determine your gaming experience. This is the artwork of a wired and right-handed gaming mouse that isn’t only elegant, but also totally functional.

The Mouse in General

From construction, you will love the simplicity. With black cover and sleek construction, it is elegant and also beautiful. You can be sure that it will be perfect for all gaming setup, thanks to its RGB 20 customizable zones. The low click latency, polling rate, and customizable CPI have made the gaming experience superb. In the overall sense, it is great for FPS games and MMO games, it is lightweight, and it is also nice for mixed usages. When it comes to portability, it is amazing. For multimedia and office, it is pretty impressive.

Style and Design

Razer Mamba Elite Design

It has black and sleek look, very similar to the DeathAdder Elite (also from Razer) but this one has more RGB zones. You can enjoy the many customization options with lightweight performance. However, when you compare it with Final Mouse Ultralight 2 or Cooler Master MM710, this one is rather heavy – but only a little bit.

Build Quality

It feels solid and sturdy – there are no wobbly or loose parts and it is constructed of dense plastic. However, because the mouse has a horizontal tilt, the (scroll) wheels feel rather loose.

Use and Comfort

Use and Comfort

Keep in mind that this device is designed for right-handed users. Based on Razer Mamba Elite review, right-handed users find this device to be super convenient – but not so much for the left-handed users. It isn’t designed for ambidextrous users either. It’s because the mouse comes with an ergonomic slant – which makes it perfect for the right-handed gamers. The latex grips (on the side) also make the mouse easy for the firm grab and hold. The buttons are also easy to reach and click. However, this device is perfect for those with big hands. Those with smaller hands may have to struggle a bit harder to use the mouse. It doesn’t mean that you can’t use it – you may have to reach further for the fingers.

If you are a left-handed user, this mouse may not be for you. But if you are a right-handed user, the palm grip is just convenient for all kinds of hand sizes, from small to extra large. The device has a long body shape that makes it convenient for touch, hold, and maneuver.

General Specs

As a wired mouse, this device doesn’t have any battery or whatsoever. You can’t use it while charging, and it doesn’t have any on and off activation. It doesn’t have any receiver and it doesn’t support Bluetooth either. If you are looking for a wireless device, there are still other options out there – one of which is the Razer Mamba Wireless.
